LogicMonitor has completed its acquisition of Catchpoint to enhance visibility across digital infrastructure and internet performance.

LogicMonitor said Tuesday that the acquisition merges its infrastructure and artificial intelligence capabilities with Catchpoint’s internet performance data, giving IT teams predictive oversight across cloud, code and the broader internet.

“BIG day for LogicMonitor with a very strategic acquisition,” Justin Fessler, public sector vice president for LogicMonitor, commented in a LinkedIn post Tuesday.
LogicMonitor will integrate Catchpoint’s global performance data, including its synthetic, network and real-user monitoring data, into the Edwin AI intelligent engine. Edwin AI deploys agentic AI to anticipate, interpret and immediately respond to cyber incidents.
The addition of Catchpoint’s data into Edwin AI will give customers consolidated performance data, predictive monitoring, simplified operations and tools, and global visibility from thousands of vantage points.
