Ondas Holdings, an autonomous aerial and ground robot intelligence company, has announced a definitive agreement to acquire Robo-Team Holdings, a global developer of tactical unmanned ground vehicles, or UGVs.

Why Is Ondas Acquiring Roboteam?

Ondas said Tuesday the acquisition aims to enhance its multi-domain autonomy capabilities by integrating Roboteam’s tactical ground robotics, deployed by the U.S. Army, Marine Corps and Israeli Ministry of Defense, with its aerial and counter-unmanned aerial systems to create a unified architecture for coordinated air-and-ground operations, and enhanced data fusion and mission flexibility.

The company will incorporate Roboteam HUB, an artificial intelligence-driven command-and-control platform that integrates various robotic systems into a single, clear operational view. The platform is designed to enhance Ondas Autonomous Systems’ capability to provide field-tested ground autonomy to defense, homeland security and public-safety organizations worldwide.

How Will the Acquisition Affect Customers & Markets?

Roboteam’s operations in over 30 countries are expected to accelerate Ondas’ entry into U.S. and allied defense programs. The acquisition is also projected to generate $3 to 4 million in revenue during the fourth quarter of 2025 and a minimum of $30 million in 2026.

What Are the Ondas CEO’s Thoughts on the Potential Acquisition?

“This acquisition is a strategic step in building Ondas into a systems-of-systems, multi-domain autonomy leader,” said Eric Brock, chairman and CEO of Ondas Holdings. “Roboteam’s proven ground robotics complement our autonomous aerial systems, to create a cohesive technology ecosystem capable of serving the full spectrum of defense and public safety missions.”
