Dataminr has completed its acquisition of ThreatConnect, finalizing a $290 million deal that will combine the companies’ data and analytics platforms to deliver artificial intelligence-powered threat intelligence.
What Will the Dataminr-ThreatConnect Integration Enable?
In a LinkedIn post, Dataminr said the combined platform will fuse its real-time public data signals with ThreatConnect’s internal intelligence management environment to help customers detect threats earlier, prioritize emerging risks and coordinate response.
The approach is designed to integrate physical, digital and cyber signals, with Dataminr AI agents processing both internal and external data streams in real time.
“This unique combination of capabilities will deliver the industry’s first Agentic AI-powered Client-Tailored intelligence,” Dataminr wrote, noting that ThreatConnect’s platform is relied on by a significant share of large commercial customers, including roughly one-third of the Fortune 50.
The acquisition brings roughly 170 ThreatConnect employees into Dataminr.
