Former CACI executive Diana Leadbetter has joined Clarity Innovations as chief human resources officer. She announced the appointment in a LinkedIn post on Monday.
Who Is Diana Leadbetter?
Leadbetter most recently served as senior vice president of human resources at CACI, where she led one of the three sectors responsible for the development and execution of the sector talent strategy.
Clarity Innovations’ new CHRO has extensive experience in executing strategic HR and talent solutions, with a focus on employee development, engagement and retention. She also relies on data and stakeholder feedback to identify challenges and implement solutions that enable success.
Prior to CACI, Leadbetter was the HR executive vice president at Halfaker and Associates, a $250 million global technology solutions company within the federal government’s health, intelligence, defense and security sectors, focused on providing end-to-end digital solutions.
Her private sector career also included time spent as director of talent development and people analytics at General Dynamics Information Technology.
The new Clarity chief HR officer earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from George Mason University and her master’s degree in HR management and services from Marymount University.
