Lockheed Martin’s Sikorsky subsidiary has received two Defense Logistics Agency contracts worth $419.5 million combined to provide spare parts and support services for H-60 and H-53 helicopters.
Helicopter Spare Parts Contract Details
The Department of Defense said Thursday the firm-fixed-price contracts have a five-year base term and an option period of five years.
Contract work is expected to run through the end of June 2030.
The sole-source, requirements-type contracts will cover the H-60 and H-53 variants used by the Army, Air Force and the Navy.
DLA Aviation in Richmond, Virginia, will appropriate defense working capital funds from fiscal year 2025 through FY 2030.
According to a notice published in April 2024, DLA sought to issue a solicitation as a follow-on effort to two previously awarded Sikorsky contracts. The procurement targeted a total of 2,961 parts for H-53 and H-60 aircraft variants.
In March, Sikorsky secured a $100 million Navy contract modification to provide sustainment services for the H-53 heavy lift transport helicopter.
