The branch also provides threat and vulnerability reporting through vulnerability scanning, penetration testing and quarterly classified threat briefings.
Accenture Federal Services secured the contract in 2021. According to data on USASpending.gov, the deal has an 11-month base period and four option years and is set to expire in August 2026.
The recompete contract is expected to be awarded in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026. An official proposal solicitation will be issued on or around May 1, 2026. Work will take place in Washington, D.C., with contract completion slated for July 26, 2031.
