Harmonia Holdings Group has appointed David Martens, a growth and operations leader, as chief growth officer.
The federal technology company said Tuesday Martens will oversee internal collaboration and growth operations to implement Harmonia’s go-to-market strategy.
Anil Patibandla, who previously held both the president and chief growth officer roles, will now concentrate exclusively on his duties as president. In this role, he will leverage his industry experience and extensive network of industry and client relationships to advance Harmonia’s strategic growth opportunities.
He will work closely with Martens to ensure new initiatives support the company’s organizational strategy and long-term vision.
“We’re excited to have David’s experience and enthusiasm on the team driving our growth goals and working alongside Anil,” said Harmonia CEO Damon Griggs. “Together, they bring valuable perspectives not only on the contracting market but also on the needs of our customers which will enable us to develop meaningful solutions that can make an immediate and lasting impact.”
Who Is David Martens?
Martens brings extensive experience leading and growing organizations exceeding $150 million. He most recently served as a partner at Guidehouse within the firm’s technology practice. He also held senior leadership positions at RNSolutions and Dovel Technologies.
On joining Harmonia, Martens highlighted the company’s ability to combine the agility and entrepreneurial spirit of a smaller firm with the resources and expertise of much larger organizations.
