York Space Systems has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of common stock

The number of shares and corresponding price range for the proposed offering have not been determined, the Denver-based defense and space prime said Monday. The registration statement is not yet effective, and the securities may not be sold nor offers accepted until the statement becomes effective. The proposed offering is contingent upon market conditions, and there is no guarantee it will occur or that the final size and terms will be determined.

Where Will the York Space Systems Shares Be Listed?

The company plans to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “YSS.” Goldman Sachs & Co., Jefferies and Wells Fargo Securities are serving as lead bookrunning managers for the offering.

How Can Investors Access the Prospectus?

The proposed offering will be conducted exclusively through a prospectus. A preliminary prospectus will be available on the Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis and Retrieval, or EDGAR, system on the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission website. It is also accessible directly from the lead underwriters once released.
