Conti Federal Services has announced a series of leadership appointments to support its global growth strategy and continued national recognition.
Who Are the New Appointees at Conti Federal?
The federal construction and design-build firm said Thursday Lou Zecca has transitioned from chief operating officer to chief strategy officer, where he will guide corporate strategic initiatives, while Anthony Blommel has been promoted from chief administrative officer to COO, tasked with overseeing worldwide operations.
Aldo Gonzalez has assumed the chief marketing officer role and will lead business development and brand strategy. Ryan Kanzleiter now serves as vice president of global business development, directing global client and market growth. Korey Mullins has been elevated from program director to VP of U.S. operations and will spearhead operations in the continental U.S., while Enrique Villa has been named global director of quality.
The company also selected Jason Roberts as VP of corporate administration, responsible for corporate governance, compliance and risk management. David Olcott, most recently the director of human resources and safety, has been named global director of talent management, where he will guide company culture initiatives and lead workforce development and engagement efforts.
Ricardo Nolasco has joined the company after serving as director of scheduling at McKissack & McKissack for eight years. He will take on the role of global director of project controls, overseeing cost oversight, scheduling and performance analysis to support project execution and operational efficiency. Former Valiant Integrated Services and Amentum executive Justin Hance has been appointed program director for the Indo-Pacific region, where he will manage the company’s activities and delivery across that geographic area.
