SAP National Security Services has received a $1 billion firm-fixed-price contract from the U.S. Army for an end-user license agreement covering the RISE with SAP portfolio.
SAP NS2’s Army Contract Details
The Department of Defense said Thursday the Newtown Square, Pennsylvania-based company is expected to complete the project on Sept. 14, 2035. The Army Contracting Command at Rock Island Arsenal, Illinois, will provide the work locations and funding upon each order.
The award, finalized Sept. 15, was a result of an online solicitation that received a single bid.

RISE with SAP is a comprehensive package combining applications, services and methodologies that guides companies through the transition from SAP Enterprise Resource Planning or other on-premise applications, platforms and infrastructure to a pure-cloud model.
SAP NS2-Palantir Partnership
SAP NS2 recently collaborated with Palantir Technologies to bring AI-driven systems to the public sector to support cloud modernization efforts. The partnership will leverage RISE with SAP, Palantir Foundry and Palantir AI Platform.
