IT consulting services provider Redhorse has promoted Noah Klemm, the company’s president, to CEO.
In a LinkedIn post published Monday, Redhorse said Klemm brings to the role over 20 years of experience leading at the intersection of national security, artificial intelligence and machine learning, and data exploitation.
“The demand for trusted partners who can apply advanced data and AI technologies to mission challenges has never been greater,” said David Inmon, founder and chairman of Redhorse. “Noah’s experience leading complex organizations and executing growth strategies makes him the right leader for Redhorse’s next phase.”
Who Is Noah Klemm?
Klemm most recently served as president of Redhorse. In this capacity, he was responsible for operational oversight, strategic leadership, business growth and leadership of the digital transformation company’s executive team.
In 2022, he joined Redhorse as chief delivery officer and led operational alignment efforts with customer needs and the external market.
The chief executive spent two decades at Novetta, which Accenture Federal Services acquired in 2021.
Following the acquisition, he served as managing director and chief of staff for the national security portfolio at AFS.
He held various leadership roles at Novetta, including chief of staff and vice president of operations. As VP and business leader, he led Novetta’s business units delivering mission-ready tech platforms for the Department of Defense, intelligence community and federal civilian agencies.
Klemm has a bachelor’s degree in international affairs and international politics from James Madison University.
