The U.S. Air Force has awarded 13 companies positions on a potential $15 billion firm-fixed-price, multiple award contract to provide construction services for the Air Force Civil Engineering Center.
Air Force Civil Engineering Center Contract Details
The Department of Defense said Monday the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract covers a wide range of design-build and design-bid-build construction services. These services include sustainment, maintenance and repair, restoration, modernization, minor construction, military construction, other procurement construction and demolition. The construction work will be performed at various sites worldwide. If all options are exercised, the contract is expected to be completed on Sept. 29, 2035.
The contract was a competitive acquisition that drew 19 proposals. From these bidders, the following companies were selected:

- Tutor Perini
- CMS COLAS Construction
- CDM Constructors
- Flatiron Dragados Constructors
- Parsons Government Services
- Contrack Watts
- SLSCO
- Bering-Weston Solutions
- Exp Federal
- Hensel Phelps Construction
- SeaPac Engineering
At the time of the award, the 772nd Enterprise Sourcing Squadron at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas, will obligate an initial $39,000 from fiscal year 2025 operations and maintenance funds.
